SKH Advanced Breast Fellowship Training Programme

The Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) Advanced Breast Surgery fellowship is a Singapore Medical Council (SMC)-accredited training programme that aims to develop post-residency surgeons to be skilled in the subspeciality of breast surgery, including oncoplastic and minimally invasive breast surgery.

Clinical fellows in the advanced breast surgery training programme will have clinical exposure in managing benign and malignant breast diseases and have hands-on operative experience under direct supervision by the faculty. This is to develop competence in breast surgery, oncoplastic breast surgery, minimally invasive breast surgery, and some reconstructive breast surgery techniques.

Our training programme welcomes local and international medical graduates, who have completed formal training in general surgery. Options include home institution sponsored clinical fellowship positions under SMC temporary registration, and SKH-supported funding for appropriately credentialled applicants.
