Using Health Buddy for ePayment


Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or eNETS Debit.


Important to note:

  • If you are paying for your own bills, proceed with your SingPass. Don't have an account? Register here.
  • If you are making payment using the Bill Reference Number, you may proceed without using SingPass.

You may download the Health Buddy app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.


To pay outstanding bills online, patients may follow the steps below:



How to pay with SingPass


Step 1: Open Health Buddy and select Payment.



Step 2: Select Login with SingPass.



Step 3: Tap QR code to access into SingPass App. Return to HealthBuddy App once the access is verified.



Step 4:  You may also make payment for your dependent’s bills, if you are authenticated as a caregiver under Health Buddy. This authentication can be done in any SingHealth clinic. 



Step 5: Tick the bills you wish to pay. Select PAY.



Step 6: Enter the relevant details and select your payment option. 

Please provide your email address to receive a copy of the bill receipt.



Step 7: Once payment is approved, a confirmation notification will appear.



Step 8: You will also receive an official receipt and a copy of invoice via email.





How to pay with Bill Reference Number


Step 1: Open Health Buddy and select Payment.




Step 2: Select Proceed without Singpass.



Step 3: Select Proceed without Singpass.



Step 4: Select Add Other Bill(s).



Step 5: Under Institution, select Sengkang General Hospital.

Enter relevant information. Invoice/Case number = Bill Reference number

Select I'm not a robot and tap OK.



Step 6: Enter the relevant details and select your payment option. 

Please provide your email address to receive a copy of the bill receipt.




Step 7: Once payment is approved, a confirmation notification will appear.



Step 8: You will also receive an official receipt and a copy of invoice via email.
