Profile

Clinical Associate Professor Jack Tan is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Cluster Cardiac Care Network) and Senior Consultant, Department of Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore. He was the Head of Department of Cardiology at NHCS from 2022 to May 2023. He was also the Head, Department of Cardiology at NHCS@SKH (Sengkang General Hospital) from 2015 to 2021.

Clin Assoc Prof Tan's sub-specialty is interventional cardiology. He is also in the Clinical EXCO of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Cardiovascular Sciences Academic Clinical Programme.
