Our friendly team of urology specialists achieves this through the continuous pursuit of improvement through research and collaboration.

The Urology Department at SKH is also dedicated to advancing the field of urology through innovation and research to improve the diagnosis and treatment for urologic conditions. These include clinical trials in prostate cancer, bladder cancer, urinary stone disease and development of devices and protocols to enhance patient safety.

All our urology specialists are actively involved in the Academic Clinical Program (Surgery) in SingHealth. This fosters easy collaboration between healthcare professionals at all levels within SKH and SingHealth and leverages on the various expertise available.

For example, our surgeons lead a multidisciplinary team comprising medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and nurses dedicated to providing the comprehensive care for those with prostate, kidney, bladder and testicular cancer. The Neuro-Urology clinic has a specific focus on individuals who have complex functional urological disorders that require medical or surgical treatment.
